Here's to an all-knowing God
Can you petition the Lord with prayer? I don't believe so, so I will not be seen in church this sunday. Sure, I get the whole "sense of community" thing, I just believe that My God is an all-knowing God.

first you must recognize that he knows, you know, that he is your god. Give prayer a try which I am sure you have not; And see, just see what things he can do. Just ask. Call it a trial run. Go on, just ask one thing. Do not forget to be sincere. Do not fuck with God. Bad Karma!
The closest a human comes to knowing God is during the ecstacy of a very good orgasm. I try and speak to Him as often as possible.
Prayer? What is that all about? People asking for something they want from some unknown entity they claim to know about and claim to love. How about finding joy and peace and love and accepting death on your own. If your crops need rain, well, i guess it couldn't hurt to pray a little, but just keep in mind that since the invention of Cristianity, there have been some wonderful scientific advancements in the world; we have figured out what that big bright ball in the sky is, and what that wet stuff that falls from above is and where it comes from.
One thing our big human brains cannot figure out is what, if anything, happens when we die. We'd like to think it's like the most awsome vacation spot ever, for all of eternity. Well, relax, because you will find out eventually as will everyone and everything.
Enjoy your life, and don't be an asshole. Amen.
